Mon manège à moi... c'est toi
Hello everyone,
Sooooo, here is the last page I managed to make for Shimelle's cropping weekend. I enter it for challenge #11: Two Patterns. The goal was to mix two contrasting patterns. I chose a photo that had been sitting in my stash for quite a while because I knew which PP I wanted to use: the "Olivia" collection by BG.
So, here is my take:
And a few close-ups:
STASH USED
* The Olivia papers
* The paint behind the picture
* The doilies
* The tag
WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS LO
* The bold colours
* The washiiiii (under the red PP)
* The handmade embellies. I think they had a lot to this LO without costing much
* I used a border PP as a background, and I think it totally works
Thanks for looking and have a great week! :)

Also made those embellies. I used Shimelle aka Glitter Girl's tutorial to create them. The brads are all from the Kraft Funday collection by MME. |
Made the small tag with a Tim Holtz Alterationsdie. For the big one, I stamped the back of a MME one with a Fiskars stamp and Jenni Bowlin ink in Cough syrup. |
Cut the small letters with my "Blackboard Blues Alphabet" by Sizzix. |
Those small beautiful letters are from the Fabulous collection by Simple Stories |
